So, what’s it like to work with us? To give you an idea what to expect, we’ve broken our process down into four simple steps we call The Twangry Experience.

The Twangry Experience is all about relationships. No, not those kind of relationships… we’re talking about communication, reliability, and trust. We’re here when you need us, the ones you can rely on. Always just a call or email away.

We’ll be honest… our favorite type of client is a firm that needs ongoing creative work, like a marketing agency who has a stable of clients and needs to produce a variety of white-label projects, or a brand that lacks an in-house creative team but has regular need for marketing materials. But that doesn’t mean we’re not willing to work with small businesses with unique needs. We’re just sure you’ll call on us again and again.

Step 1. Send us an email

The best way to reach us is via email. We stay on top of our inbox, and we respond quickly. Tell us what you’re looking for then, if necessary, we can arrange a call to assess the best solution.

Maybe you need some digital ads or flyers designed as a one-off. Maybe you’re just trying to fill some overflow or need a dedicated creative partner. Or maybe you have a marketing goal in mind, but don’t have all the details fleshed out. We can help you with quick projects or develop complete digital strategies — from concept to completion.

Step 2. The nitty gritty

Many times, a project is straightforward and we can work out what you need over a couple of emails. We pride ourselves on getting to the heart of the matter without a lot of fuss.

But sometimes we need to do a deep dive. We call this Discovery. The Discovery process may involve a series of calls and/or emails coupled with legwork to really figure out what the problems and obstacles are so we can tailor the right solution for you. Perhaps you’re thinking you need a new website to attract leads, when what you really need is better social media creative and a good landing page. We’ll work with you to figure it out, then we’ll deliver the ideal creative solution.

Step 3. Let's make it official

Once we’ve agreed on what you need us to do, we’ll send over a proposal and review it together. For small jobs, this is an informal process and can be handled quickly over email. For larger projects or ongoing contracts, we’ll arrange a zoom call and walk through the scope and other details. At the point that everyone is satisfied, we’ll sign an agreement, collect a deposit (if that’s part of the deal), and get to work.

Our goal is to be transparent and easy to work with. What you see is what you get.

Step 4. Making your dreams come true

Throughout our process. we will stay in touch with regular check-ins, proofs, and discussion. We are agnostic to groupware, so if you like Slack, or Asana, or Trello, or you keep everything organized on a stack of Post-It notes tied to an opossum, we’ll adapt to your style.

Once we’re done, we’ll collect any agreed upon balances then deliver the work with a smile. We might ask for a testimonial or a referral, but mostly we just want you to call us next time you need creative help.
