Project: Logo for Nonprofit Organization

The Julia A. Smith Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that offers scholarships to postsecondary education students from underserved areas so that they might in turn serve these communities, much like the nurse who was its namesake.

We were asked to design a logo for this nonprofit which expressed care and hope in a medical context. We crafted the arms of a stethoscope into a heart, and the impression of two figures, one consoling the other. In addition to this main design, we created variations for their scholarship fund and pickleball fundraising events.
