Project: Restaurant Website Design

Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria in Maitland, Florida features high-end Italian cuisine prepared in a scratch kitchen, served in a beautiful setting with warm ambiance. It was important for their website to convey the old world rustic deliciousness of the Francesco’s dining experience in a way that excited their taste buds.

Much the way Chef Francesco carefully selects his ingredients, we achieved this through carefully selected typefaces and color scheme, and put photography front and center to present the warm atmosphere and delicious menu items. We also tried to replicate the feel of minimalist menu cards one might find in Napoli or a quaint family restaurant. Transparent elements and instant-loading dining menus were also used to keep everything quickly accessible. And speaking of accessibility, the site is ADA compliant.
